  • Tea Dance at Bridges – The trust has agreed to provide background funding for the period 2017 to 2020 for the Tea Dance for elderly people with physical and mental health problems.

  • Monmouth Comprehensive School Rowing Club - The trust has provided a fund for use on expenses and other revenue costs for deserving school pupils.

  • Raglan Festival - The trust has provided funding for the Raglan festival to help fund the Children’s Workshop events in 208 and 2019.

  • Bridges Community Centre Garden Club – The trust has provided a fund to pay for equipment and plants for use by the volunteers who look after the gardens around the Bridges Community Centre.

  • Bridges Community Centre – The trust has written off the balance of an existing loan in order to enable the Bridges Centre to refurbish the floor of the ballroom, which is an important facility at Bridges.

  • Tintern Festivals Association – The trust has agreed to partially fund the Ways to Peace project at Tintern Abbey which will be held in 2018 to coincide with the United Nations International Day of Peace and 100th anniversary of the declaration of peace after the First World War.

  • Monmouth Cricket Club – Partal funding for the refurbishment of shower facilities in order to create a new shower and changing facility for ladies, encouraging ladies to join the club.

  • Caldicot Musical Theatre – Partial funding for sound equipment in the new facility being developed by CMTS.

  • Longtown Village Hall – Partial funding towards the installation of new toilet facilities in the hall.

  • Sedbury Space – Partial funding for a new community building in Sedbury.

  • Ross on Wye Sea Cadets – Partial funding for moving the Sea Cadets into a new building.

  • Redbrook Contact Group – Funding for a venue for a monthly lunch club based in Clearwell Village Hall.

  • Ewyas Harold Memorial Hall – Partial funding for new fully compliant disabled toilet facility.

  • Lydney Festival – Partial funding for the 2017 Totally Talented Competition for young performers within the Lydney Festival.

  • Monmouth Music Festival – Funding to expand classical music within the overall 2017 festival.

  • Linton Village Hall – Reupholstering 56 chairs and purchasing 10 new tables within the village hall.

  • Herefordshire Mammal Group – Funding for equipment to conduct a study on the Water Shrew in South Herefordshire.

  • Wild Kind CIC – Partial funding for the Wild Elders project, bringing together children under 5 with the elderly in an outside environment

  • Monmouthshire County Citizens Advice – Funding for travel and other expenses to enable McKenzie Friend Volunteers to attend court hearings.

  • 1st Cinderhill Scouts – Partial funding for the refurbishment of the scout hut.

  • Mayhem Youth Theatre – Funding for a production of Les Miserables by the youth theatre.

  • Raglan Festival – Partial funding towards the music festival in Raglan.

  • Tintern Village Summer Fete – Partial funding for the annual Village Fete.

  • Sling Playing Fields Association – Refurbishment of the playing field equipment including installation of a new wire rope slide.

  • Marches Family Network – Funding for a boat trip in Gloucester for a group of disabled children from Ross on Wye including travel costs.

  • The Orchard Trust – Funding for a new ‘Mens Shed’ project.

  • Hinton Community Association Ltd – Development of a womens support group including promoting gardening skills to allow the women to grow their own food.

  • Coalway Kids Club – Funding to instal a new area of paving and building raised beds for the children to grow vegetables.

  • Lea Village Hall – Partial funding to replace the village hall boiler.

  • Cross Ash Village Hall – Funding to refurbish the performing arts facilities.

  • Trellech Village Hall – Funding towards phase 1 of the refurbishment project for the Babington Centre.

  • Monmouth Male Voice Choir – Commissioning a new choral piece and a CD to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the choir.

  • Phoenix Bereavement Group – Promotion of the Sunshine Path for bereaved families and especially children.

  • Village Life Community Project – Funding for education materials and training for the new defibrillators in the Skenfrith area.

  • Sir John Herbert Memorial Hall – Partial funding towards the upgrading of the kitchen equipment in this community hall.

  • St Thomas the Martyr Church – Partial funding towards the upgrading of the kitchen equipment in this community hall.

  • Usk Athletic Club – funding for a new storage container to protect the equipment belonging to the junior football team.

  • Forest of Dean Children’s Opportunity Centre – Purchase of an Interactive Touch Screen to enable children with special needs to communicate more widely.

  • Royal Forest of Dean Orchestra – Funding for a specially commissioned piece of music for the 25th anniversary of the orchestra.

  • The Forest Flute Choir – Partial funding for a new Contrabass Flute for use within the flute choir.

  • Madley Environmental Study Centre – Funding for an ‘Apple Day’ covering a wide range of apple related educational and social issues.

  • Snodhill Castle Preservation Trust – Funding for the development of a new web site for the Trust.

  • Ross on Wye Royal British Legion – Partial funding for the Annual Veterans Tea Party as part of the WW1 remembrance project.

  • Ledbury Poetry Festival – Partial funding toward the annual festival.

  • Portskewett Good Companions – Funding for a trip to the theatre for the 48 members of this club for the more elderly members of the community in Portskewett and Sudbrook.

  • TS Antelope Sea Cadets – Funding for a new jetty on the River Wye to enable the launching of boats and kayaks.

  • Monmouth Methodist Church – Partial funding towards the new kitchen facilities.

  • St Michael and All Angels Church – Partial funding for a project to make the church accessible for community use.

  • Pelham Hall – Contribution towards the cost of re-fitting the kitchens at this well used community hall.

  • Herefordshire Lore – Contribution to the costs of a project to collect folk memories from the people of Herefordshire who have memories of life along the River Wye.

  • Monmouth Meadows Group - Development of a field guide for fungi in Monmouthshire Meadows.
